The school was delighted to take part in a walk for the Zara Harding Horan Foundation today to help raise funds for such a worthy cause. Zara sadly passed away from loeys-dietz in 2020. Rugby had a special place in Zara’s heart so the funds raised will go to under age Munster girls rugby as well as gene testing at cork university hospital which will help fund genetic testing for other families.
The walk in our school was led by Zara’s younger sister, a current pupil of our school, who did a brilliant job leading all her friends and school community around the walk.
